We brewed our white IPA not with a traditional Belgian Wit yeast, but instead we use two different strains to add complexity to the aroma and flavor. In addition to the yeast driven flavor and aroma, we heavily hopped it in the kettle and dry hopped with citrussy Sorachi Ace hops to yield a lemon-like aroma. Don't let the hazy appearance of this beer fool you, the aroma is bright and lemony. Clocking in at ???% ABV, this beer is light in body and finishes with an American style IPA hop bitterness.
